In “Dance: The Cutting Edge – Boost n’ Bounce, Vol. I” the dancer will be taught necessary conditioning skills with the purpose of increasing their range of motion, strength, and balance, while learning a wide assortment of training skills to reduce tension across the body. Dancers lose track of all their hard work while having a blast on the Bosu “bouncer”! “Ultimate Burn: Boost n’ Bounce” is a passion of creator and award-winning choreographer, Kimberly Beck Thomson. This video was designed with a customized, imaginative approach to conditioning and balance, important within all genres of dance.

When dancers use the Bosu “bouncer”, they are honing in on finite muscle groups, developing not only a more defined look, but also teaching the dancer how to find and utilize these muscles without the help of weights. This greater self-awareness and strength bring optimal levels of control, allowing the dancer to execute skills they may have never thought possible! This program targets the essential muscle groups that every dancer needs to excel in their sport. You will learn over 40 training skills, including 2 Feet/1 Foot Jump; Straddle Press; Superwoman/Arms 5th; Chest Arch/Chinstand; Squats 1 Leg; Sit Drop 1 Leg; Plank Quarter Turn; Knee Drops, and so much more!
